Drawing on his own experience using yoga and Pilates to recover from back and shoulder injuries, Sam brings a grounded, mindful approach to movement. Qualified as a yoga teacher in 2021 and trained in contemporary reformer Pilates with one of the UK’s leading studios, his teaching focuses on sculpting stronger bodies with purpose and control.

With a calm and clear presence, Sam’s classes blend mobility, control, and strength to support long-term resilience — leaving clients feeling strong, supported, and uplifted.

Alejandra

Alejandra discovered conscious movement in her early twenties and quickly experienced how it can reshape not just the body, but the whole self. With certifications across Costa Rica, Canada, and Denmark, her teaching is grounded in a global perspective on mindful movement.

Her classes create a calm, supportive space where clients can stay present, challenge themselves, and build a deeper understanding of how their body moves. Alejandra’s goal is simple: that you leave class feeling stronger, more aware, and a little surprised by what your body can do.
