These Terms & Conditions apply to all memberships, class packs, and bookings at Sink Reformer.

2. Eligibility

Participants must be 16 years or older to attend classes.

By booking a class, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and are physically able to participate.

3. Booking & Payment

All bookings are made via our website or booking system.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Dankort, and MobilePay.
Memberships are charged automatically each month on the selected billing date.
Class packs and single classes are paid in full at the time of purchase.

All prices are stated in DKK.

4. Delivery of Services

Your membership or class pack is activated immediately upon payment.
Classes are delivered at our studio address stated above.

5. Right of Withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase.

If you have booked or attended a class during this period, the right of withdrawal lapses.
Class packs, memberships, and used services are non-refundable.

6. Memberships

Memberships are personal and non-transferable.

You may cancel your membership at any time via your member profile or by contacting us.
The notice period is current month + 1 month, unless otherwise stated.

Receipts are sent by email and stored in your member profile.

7. No-Show & Late Cancellation

Cancellation must be made no later than 3 hours before class start.

Failure to attend or late cancellation will result in a DKK 50 fee, charged automatically to your registered payment method.

This applies to both memberships and class packs.

8. Class Packs

Class packs are personal and non-transferable.
Clip cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Unused clips expire automatically and are non-refundable.

9. Health, Safety & Liability

Training at Own Risk

All participation at Sink Reformer is undertaken entirely at your own risk.

By booking and attending a class, you confirm that:

  • You are physically able to participate

  • You take full responsibility for your health and wellbeing

  • You will inform the instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or limitations

Participation during pregnancy is allowed at your own risk. We strongly recommend informing the instructor before class.

Equipment & Machinery

Reformer Pilates equipment is specialised training machinery and must be treated with care and respect at all times.

By booking a class, you acknowledge that:

  • Improper or careless use of equipment may result in injury or damage

  • You will follow all instructor guidance and studio rules

  • You will not adjust springs, straps, or settings unless instructed

Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow instructions may result in the member being held financially responsible for repair or replacement costs.

Sink Reformer ApS accepts no liability for injuries resulting from misuse of equipment, failure to follow instructions, or undisclosed medical conditions.

We strongly recommend that all participants hold personal accident insurance.

10. Instructor Authority

Our instructors reserve the right to:

  • Modify exercises

  • Refuse participation

  • Ask a participant to stop a class

if they believe participation may pose a risk to health, safety, or equipment.

11. VAT & Pricing

All memberships and class packs include full access to reformer classes at Sink Reformer.

Members aged 30 and over are subject to VAT in accordance with Danish tax law.
VAT is already included in the listed price.

Members under 30 are VAT-exempt.

12. Student & Senior Discounts

Discounted memberships require valid documentation.

  • Student discounts are valid for 12 months

  • Senior and unemployment discounts are valid for 3 months

Documentation must be submitted before expiry to retain the discounted rate.

13. Complaints

Complaints must be submitted in writing to info@sinkreformer.com within a reasonable time.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Danish law.
Any disputes shall be settled by the Danish courts.

Membership Terms

These Membership Terms apply specifically to recurring memberships at Sink Reformer and form a supplement to our general Terms & Conditions. In case of conflict, these Membership Terms take precedence for memberships.

1. Membership & Payment

By signing up for a membership at Sink Reformer, you agree that:

  • The membership fee is automatically charged to your registered payment card.

  • Payment is charged monthly on the selected billing date and continues until the membership is cancelled.

  • Card details are stored securely by our payment provider in accordance with PCI DSS standards. Sink Reformer ApS does not store card details directly.

You will receive a receipt by email after each payment. All receipts are also stored in your member profile and can be accessed at any time.

2. Cancellation & Notice Period

You may cancel your membership at any time via:

  • Your member profile, or

  • By contacting us at info@sinkreformer.com

The cancellation notice period is current month + 1 month.

Membership access remains active until the end of the notice period. Membership fees already charged are non-refundable.

3. Use of Membership

  • Memberships are personal and non-transferable.

  • Memberships provide access to reformer classes as specified at the time of purchase.

  • Access may be limited by class capacity and availability.

4. No-Show & Late Cancellation

  • Class cancellations must be made no later than 3 hours before class start.

  • Failure to attend or late cancellation will result in a DKK 50 no-show fee, charged automatically to the registered payment card.

5. Changes to Memberships

Sink Reformer ApS reserves the right to:

  • Adjust class schedules

  • Change instructors

  • Modify class formats

  • Update membership pricing with reasonable notice

Any changes will be communicated via email or the booking system.

6. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for a membership, you confirm that you have:

  • Read and accepted these Membership Terms

  • Read and accepted the general Terms & Conditions

  • Read the Privacy Policy

Acceptance is required to complete membership registration.
