Whether you’re brand new to Reformer pilates or ready to turn up the heat, we’ve got a class for you.

NO BULLSH*T. NO FADS. JUST REALLY GOOD REFORMER PILATES.

Signature

The class that defines us — and the best place to start.

A full-body reformer session taught in the teacher’s own signature style, focused on building strength, control, and clean movement patterns.

Expect grounded cues, good rhythm, and a balanced flow that works for all levels.
Smart. Simple. Effective.

Classic

The most traditional form of reformer Pilates we offer, with a strong focus on control, alignment, and precision.

These structured sessions move at a steady and intentional pace, guiding you through exercises that build core strength, stability, and body awareness while improving mobility and flexibility.

Suitable for all levels. Sink Classic supports beginners learning the fundamentals, experienced practitioners refining their technique, and those returning from injury or managing physical limitations.

Calm. Considered. Proper Pilates.

Ass & Abs

Lower body + core, with intention.

This is where legs, glutes, and core get the attention they deserve.

Expect controlled burn, precise work, and that “I’ll feel this tomorrow” feeling — in a good way.
Focused, effective, and unapologetically spicy.

Stretch & Flow

Slow. Lengthening. Restorative.

A mobility-focused reformer class designed to unlock tight areas, deepen your range of motion, and reset your body.

Still focused. Still structured. Just softer around the edges.

Jump & Strentgh

Strength, with momentum.

A dynamic reformer class for those with previous reformer experience, blending cardio jumpboard intervals with grounded, controlled strength work.

Expect a steady pulse, strong legs, clear cues, and a driven flow that builds heat and momentum.

Strong. Energising. Seriously fun.

Grip socks are required for all reformer classes for safety and stability. Please bring your own pair. If you don’t have grip socks, we sell Sink and Moonchild socks in the studio, and loan pairs are available for trial classes.
