An Afternoon of Movement, Stillness & Deep Reset

What to Expect

We begin at 13:30 with a 45-minute slow, lengthening and restorative ‘Stretch & Flow’ Reformer Pilates class.

From here, you’ll transition into a 60-minute immersive sound bath, led by our very own Jane.

Jane’s sound baths are a deeply grounding experience for both body and nervous system. The session begins with gentle breathwork, followed by a guided meditation inspired by Yoga Nidra, before unfolding into a rich sound journey. You’ll be surrounded by the resonant tones of gongs, metal and crystal singing bowls — played on and around the body — alongside other carefully chosen instruments designed to encourage deep rest and release.

After the sound bath, you’re warmly invited to stay and enjoy coffee or matcha, served to all attendees. There will be space to gently re-emerge, reflect, and share your experience in a friendly, welcoming setting — no pressure, just connection.

This is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and leave feeling calm, open, and nourished — in body and mind.
